Things To focus for a better life during this pandemic


The pandemic has left us alone, isolated, jobless & whatnot. Many have lost their psychological well-being & some are struggling to be fit at home. Many struggle to get the directions for a better life. However, it's on us how we lead our lives & how we search for opportunities in the era of chaos & instability. 

1. Books: It is said that when a man dies, he has the experience of one life. But when he reads books written by others who have written their life experience, the person becomes twice as wiser as before. With many books we read, the wiser & mindful we become for shaping our future & making decisions. Everyone might have different choices but here are the ones that are widely appreciated & have been very effective in changing lives. 

Ikigai, 7 Habits of Highly Successful People, The miracle morning, The 5 AM Club, Atomic Habits, Rich Dad Poor Dad, Deep Work, How to win friends & influence people, The psychology of Money, Start with Why etc.

2. Focus on your Hobbies: Yes this is the best time to give time to your hobbies. Hobbies are the activities which we do out of our passion in our free time & it gives us satisfaction. Many people love to play cricket/football, some love plantation of flowers, Bonsai, trees in their backyard, or decorative plants for indoors, some love to make videos & upload them on social media, and some love to travel & explore the world. You can choose anything out of these hobbies.

Dancing, plantation, drawing & paintings, spending time with your pet, watching movies, Clicking pictures (photography) etc. You must be realizing that you have never got such an opportunity before. Hence, grab it!!

3. Home Fitness: With increased restrictions to stay at home, the trend of home workouts has increased & people are more turning towards home exercises, yoga & pranayama. The benefits of these are not countable. Of course, a professional gym is different but we can replicate a small gym at home. Get your own dumbbells, do the exercises that don't require heavy Equipements, grab a yoga mat & do yoga etc. These changes will make you fit not only physical but also at the mental level.

4. Cherish the moments you have: Living with new normal habits, we must ensure to start celebrating the festivals. Have virtual meetups, and group calls & send virtual gift items or gift cards. Listen to your favourite MusicRemember, spread happiness, and get happier. Happiness is in our minds.
